I want to replace my wireing harness, do I have to replace it with another 6.2l diesel harness or can I use one from a gasser?

The engine portion of the wiring must be from a diesel. The inside wiring at the fuse block can be from either, BUT it will take a little playing around with some wires. It is what I did, but it took me a few weeks to get the kinks out.

85 Blazer on an 82 chassis, 6.2L Diesel, ORD flip, 35's on a 4" lift.
