I have two new things, Lights for the instrument pannel and a horn button for the grant steering wheel. From the mess of the light switch which one can i splice the new ones into to turn on with the headlights? Like wise for the positive for the horn in the colum? I can not track either down. 1985 k5 no cruze no power anything.

The dark green wire on your light switch should be for the instrument panel lights.
There is no positive horn wire in the column. It is a black wire that grounds thru the horn button. This provides a ground for your horn relay which has 12 volts on it all the time. Your horn realy will have a green wire going to the horns, which becomes black/green as it goes thru the firewall.
