The day i finished the lift, i drove the k5 away and promptly blew the rear 10 bolt about 1/4 mile away from the house. /forums/images/icons/frown.gif
So i have just finished swapping in the replacement10b.(yeah i know, it should be a 14ff but $$ are TIGHT, and 10B's are free) Im fine tuning the steering and other things right now, this thing RULES!!

Right on dude. Lookin good. /forums/images/icons/smile.gif Looks like ya'all had fun in the process too. /forums/images/icons/smile.gif And when that 10 bolt gave up the ghost, I hope you were wheelin hard and not just drivin down the road....If you were wheelin...It doesn't feel quite so bad. Atleast you were havin fun when it broke. I had an '85 1 ton a few years back that lost the rear 14 bolts pinion gear while just cruisin at about 45mph. Now THAT sucks. lol.

unfortunately, i WAS just driving down the road. I got exactly 1/4 mile away from the driveway and it went. Talk about a bummer.

Looks awsome shaggy!!! Alright a little pavement canrange /forums/images/icons/tongue.gif. Don't feel bad... when I was 16 I had just spent over 2 years wedging a 396 BBC in a 88 Trans Am. Day I got my license I backed outta the drive way and blew out the rear diff. Then after 4 months and a 9" later I got a little traction and leterally popped the t-tops right off the car /forums/images/icons/shocked.gif

well, ive been running around in this thing for the last couple of days, and i LIKE them. I cant give a final opinion yet, as i dont have shock on it yet, but they seem to be really nice. Not real stiff, they actually feel a little better than my stockers. (till they start bouncing......)
