So since I got back from Moab , I have been too busy to regurly workout at the Gym enough . And I entirely missed the 2 weeks prior to New Years altogether .

Well since I started going back , they have a new line of machines called Strive . I started my regular workout , same weight as before . and now I right arm hurts like hell from the elbow to just above and below , especially underneath  I am so mad at myself for slipping . Luckily I have maintained my current weight and didn't put back on what I lost .

No arm jokes , I don't use my right hand for that :wink1:

    Yeah, rule of thumb:
After only two weeks being off of whatever activity you were on; you start losing all of your gains fast!
For me, it was mountainbiking and weightlifting.
And I can use either hand  :haha: !!

    Arm problems

I had that happen once , it was mostly the upper part right above the elbow. After a lay off you have to restart using lighter weights or you risk damaging something. It's a blow to the ego, to go lighter when you had already progressed passed that point. I plan to join a new gym near me, and I'm not looking forward to it, I have had a two+ year layoff.
