well, I just finished and finally got home.

Start: NYC, End: Miami, FL. Round trip, 2600 miles.

This is the 92 k2500 I got two weeks or so ago. I wanted to put some mileage to work out any bugs that were in the system. So far, there are several issues-

Was cruising right along, went to get off to get some fuel. Brake light came on, didnt know what happened, no brake pedal. Get the truck stopped, check brake fluid, the fluid for the rear brakes were gone. Had my buddy pump it, no good. Noticed a large puddle trailing down the road. thought it was the Gear oil I had jus changed the day before. nope, it was brake fluid. Dealer was useless, so was NAPA. went to Advanced auto, got a tube bender, and a bend it yourself brake kit. Put it in, back on the road again.

Approached Georgia, man, its getting hot! no AC!!!. Still working on this issue, but nobody seems to know whats going on.

Other than that, had 22.5 mpg fuel economy! I thought that.. was pretty darn cool. /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif
