    cut the roof out of my 86?

    i want basically like a sunroof, but no glass....just cut out the metal around the cab frame and put some kind of latch in where i can take it on and off....

    any suggestions?

    Why not just make it a full convertible like the older blazers?

    I used to install Remove-a-top sunroofs....
    they have a glass though...
    They were $250-350 installed...

    I'd call a restyling/vinyl top shop...

    yea i wanna do the same thing..i need a place to put in a sun roof i already have but a lot of places wont do it cuase its not theres or its not new!

    I put a sunroof in a k5 Blazer....
    It takes time to cut through the extra metal...
    They may be scared of iT!!! /forums/images/graemlins/eek.gif
