would axles off of a 1 ton dually work?

    Or would the hubs on the front be radically different?

    this would be for my 73' blazer

    The front would be quite a bit wider.

    Do a search, someone (or more than one) did the dually to singly /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif conversion at one time recently...........

    yea the dually front hubs are WIDE but I think you can have them machined down... or just find some SRW hubs if your getting a good deal on the front end

    Get some Hummer rims as they have the 7" backspacing which will put the tires right back under the fenders like any other SRW standard axles. /forums/images/graemlins/thinking.gif

    What would you do about a dually rear? Can you just use hummer rims on it also?

    If the rear is the narrow 14FF, get some spacers for them. If the rear is the wider D70, just slap the hummer rims on it and call it finished. /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif
