would i need to get a steering block on a d60 for a 6" lift??

    Yes, unless you do a dropped draglink or crossover steering.

    i would do a drop pitman arm or crossover first. i had the block with 6" lift. it was o.k. but then i got the arm and liked it better. now i have crossover. that is the money ticket there.
