You guys may remember I talked about my Co-worker that was dared to grow a mullet for 1000 bucks, not just any mullet but a "TomMullet".

Here are some pics of his dooo

See the pic on the whiteboard, that is what it should look like when he gets the 1000 bucks we collected.

So how far does he have to grow it out? # of days or just total length?

I think it was 6" long in the back, then he wins the dare.

Can he just let it all grow out and then shave the top, or is keeping the top shaved part of the bet?

I belive the whiteboard drawing was the example of what he needed to grow to win the bet. So yes he must keep his head shaved and just grow the back and sides. Everyone knows mullets have names depending on the type of mullet so this one was labled "Tom Mullet", he normally has a shaved/bald head.

I would do it without a single complaint for $1K.

I wish that I could grow a real beard though. I have a goatee, but it won't grow in between the goatee and mustache. That sux.

    I wish I was hairier...

Heck yeah I would do that. All I would have to do is not shave for a few weeks and cut the top part of my hair off. Oh, and probably trim it in the back, yeah it's over 6" long. Everyone at school jokingly cracks stuff about the big redneck w/ the mullet and the white monster truck all the time. Shoot I'd to a lot for 1K

    LMAO!!!

So whats the deal burt, one person dared him to do it and has to pay up, or is there gonna be a pool of money from a bunch of the employees for him doing that?

For $1K its still probably a long time to be making an ass of yourself. :haha:  :p:

Ya it was a dare from his boss, then after he said "you get the money I will do it" so his boss put out an email asking for donations...with in 3 days he had all the cash in hand :eek1: I even donated 20 bucks to see him doit. When he gets to 6" in the back he gets the money...if he doesn't everyone gets a refund :wink1:

I grew a mullet for free, so I'm pretty sure I would do it for a grand.

Looks like a nice start to a really sweet Ape Drape. My buddy is really into music and he's got this CD by a musician called Wesely Willis (local Chicago musician) and he wrote a song called cut the mullet, its hilarious!!!
