Although I`ve heard of all the stuff going on there, but I haven`t actually been there to see it. Was getting a ride back to MA from NH, and we had to drop my friends grandmother off at the airport. They make them take their shoes off and everything, and when they checked her back, they saw she had a bottle of eyedrops in there, and they just tossed it:mad: . That sucks. I thought they were allowing only a certain amount of liquids in carry on luggage???

Oh well. I can`t believe how easy the airport was. Compared to Logan, the Manchester airport is awesome.I mean we were in and out in 10 minutes. You can even go up on the balcany and watch the plane take off, which I don`t even think they allow you to do at Logan. Those of you that have been to both no what I`m talking about....

Thye don't toss it, you have to tell them to toss it, or ywo can turn around and leave with it, most airports have a facility where you can mail things to yourself, so you get to keep it, but it doesn't go on the plane.

I've had them throw away everything that I've mistakingly left in my carryon.

    Well no **** Sherlock............................................

I guess adhering to current rules of air travel due to some camel humping, inbreds' stupidity is just too much of a sacrifice for most people.................

Maybe we should contract with Greyhound and have them bus down to Mexico everyone up here that feels they are having to do too much in the war in terror...............................

sounds about right, i never saw such an immediate need for clean clothes in a carry on, much less toothpaste or mouthwash or eye drops or medicine...

its all just fine in your checked baggage..

Yea that would make sense...I thought i heard something on the news that they were going to start allowing only a certain amount of "toiletrees" on the plane. Did that never happen??? Where I was standing, right next to one of the security personell, he was telling everyone to remove all of them, if they had any.

You'd think with all the hoopla on the news these days - people who are going to fly would check out www.tsa.gov before flying.

She could have taken the eyedrops - if the container were in a plastic bag and she put it through the X-ray by itself.

I spend way too much time waiting for people at the airport who have no clue what's going on. Is it that hard to figure these things out before you have 500 people in line behind you? (rhetorical question not directed at anyone in particular)

The next time I fly. I am going to wear flip flops, pasties and a loin cloth.

I wonder where I will keep my ID?
