Hey ya'll. After my morning classes I have about 4 hours before my next one so I usually fill the time 4 wheeling around the area exploring new scenic trails and stuff!

Well this morning was like any other as I went out to carefree to check out some trails. I go into the national "forest" (desert) and find this awesome gravel pit! I'm playing around in it (with my '96 4wd Yukon)and I put her in 4 low and am crawling around when all of a sudden my right rear tire is in the air and the vehicle is teetering /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif I put it in reverse to no avail and conclude I am stuck.

After about an hour of attempting to free myself by various methods an old guy in a furd pickup comes by so I flag him down...he heads back to his house to get a chain cause he lives close. After about 10 minutes I hear a different louder engine so I figured he got a tractor or something...Nope! It was another guy, with an 8 wheel 100,000 ton CRANE!! /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif /forums/images/graemlins/eek.gif I played with the idea of him lifting me straight up and out but instead just hooked up a towstrap and pulled me right out! /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif I offered him all the money I had, 20 bucks, but he didn't take it..we talked about trucks and stuff..he's putting a 596(something like that?) bb in his chevy /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif

Well that was my long fun morning...just thought I'd share hehe

Everywhere I've been you can go downtown and see people cruisin around in their Type R forklifts and turbo-stickered Locomotives... /forums/images/graemlins/eek.gif

Lol, I was in the national forest and they were constructing something alittle bit further down the road I assume. It was a welcome sight to see...my jaw sorta dropped at the thought of it lifting me out /forums/images/graemlins/rotfl.gif Stupid open rear diff got me stuck /forums/images/graemlins/thinking.gif /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif
