    I just did a bit of figurin, on how much Ive got in my truck since day one...Coulda had a nice used Z71 by now...but I dont regret it in the least:D

    If it makes ya feel any better I bought it when I was 16 in Oct 2001. Ive driven it for maybe 6-8 months since that time:doah:

    no kiddin, i got more money into my truck then i would get out of it.

    my friends always tell me i would of had a bada$$ euro by now. but i like what i have even if it is ugly

    And that's just in actual $$$. Just think what the time was worth if you had spent it working. My Burb is like owning a giant white leaking loud semi ugly bent up gas guzzling Ferrari. And yes, I love it.

    I've owned my K5 for almost 15 years. I would be VERY afraid to add up all the receipts I've gotten in that time. HOWEVER, it's nowhere near what my brother-in-law has spent on his 2004 Duramax in payments alone over the last 36 months.........:deal:

    thats right.i've had mine since 1988.(boy that looks weird) and if i saved all the loot i put into it i could have a Z 71 gravel shoulder myself.
