Well, thanks to my roomate's girlfriend, she reversed directly into my blazer, leaving a dent in the drivers fender. My paint isn't even a year old yet ! My current fender is a korean special, but doesn't fit right, so I'd rather find an old GM one to work with instead of fixing the dent.
I also need the chrome trim around the grille and the metal strip that runs underneath connecting the fenders.
    Thanks.
    Blake

Yes, I do have a "few" parts laying around.
With Neil as a spotter during Nightruns, I cant afford
to give up any of my fenders!

Shagz wants to pull the motor and sell what's left of the '89 complete...

I have one I'll sell, if your going to paint it that would be good. It was from an 86 3/4ton GMC truck that had an engine fire. The inside got hot and burnt some paint off and then the very front edge have about an 1" or so burnt off. No ripples or warped metal though. Passengers side took the biggest part of the heat. Its a GM fender, rust free other than where it burnt the paint off the inside its still solid. The inner wheel well mounting points for still solid, this came off a 99% rust free truck (not the normal indiana trucks)

I'd let it go for $40 its still very solid (I thought about painting it when I got my color matched doors painted because my DD has a dent in the body line of an import metal fender, I wouldn't drop the $$$ on color matching if it wasn't really solid... which it is, and unfortunatly I need the money /forums/images/graemlins/tongue.gif)
    outside edge [IMG]

inside [IMG] (truck was that russet, metallic brown color so thats the color on the inner fender, thats not rust, mainly suet.

Anyhow, if your interested cool, if not no biggie. I'll get back home Tuesday (hopefully I can jump on and check my email and here while on the road this week). Sometime in the next couple weeks I'm taking an axle to Terra Haute for NerdBoy, if you want to have him grab it and bring it in further or if you wanted to meet down there that would save you a few hours each way if your intersted /forums/images/graemlins/thinking.gif

Post PICS! /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif Dumb Girls anyway! /forums/images/graemlins/screwy.gif

I don't have anything other than my extremely hacked and dented versions from the old K5.

When did this happen? You didn't mention it last night when I chatted with you.

    Ya'll,
This happened several days ago. (I forgot to tell you Neil) Here is the plan.

    1. Billet Grill (like jj's silver blazer)
    2. Replace fender via used one
    3. Replace lower trim piece via LMC
    4. Use chrome trim that I have laying around but never put on
    5. DIY4X front tube bumper...check out the website !
    http://www.diy4x.com/tubular.htm
    6. Repaint tailgate while I'm at it.

All this is coming from the $700 that is chic is paying me.
(I took it in for an estimate!)
The pic is in my webshots.

Ouch! Man that sucks. You may want to think about leaving it until after the fall crawl - hate to re-wrinkle the replacement panel /forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif
