    OK,
I figured it is worth a shot.

Looking for a 400 SBC flywheel
Ideally, I need/want a Centerforce II clutch too!

Re: WTB: 400 flywheel clutch CFII

Interesting, I thought the bolt pattern on the crank was different, also the 400s (383) is externally balanced correct? I know my crank was balanced, but how does that affect it all?

What is a weight plate? And where do I find one?

    TIA
    Nick

A weight plate simulates the balance of a 400 flywheel with a 350 flywheel. I have never used one, so I don't know of any probs with them. I have seen quite a few on Ebay, try there. Personally I'd stick with a 400 flywheel, that's what I did. Mine also has the centerforce II setup, and no I'm not selling it./forums/images/icons/smile.gif

I have the balance plate on my 400 with a 350 flywheel. I will be selling this in the next few weeks after I get it pulled. I have a clutch which is like new. Its the diaphragm style with good disk and stuff.

Let me know if you want these parts.
