Aside from pumkin postions and caliper options. Whats the difference in D60's from the big three, 78-83 units?

Long and short of it. I need to make a FORD dually into a single wheel axle. So far its seems that I can just machine the hubs, enlarge the lug holes in the rotor, and repack bearings. Knowing my luck its not going to happen that way. I dont even know if the spring pads are going to line up.

Spring pads, steering, shock mounts, brakes, shaft lengths, tubes, you name it they're not the same.

Everything but the ring and pinion could all be different.

I have several sets of single wheel Ford Dana 60 hubs if you are interested.
