You mean from an SM465 not a 420. All you need to get is the 27 spline input gear from a 700R4 208 an swap it into your 32 spline case. It is easy to do. Would take about 1.5 hours if that on the bench.

420 what was on my brain? I have heard that it is a easy swap but never seem to have time. maybe I just need to crack the case and do it.

Honestly the longest part of the swap for me is the cleaning of the gasket surface and putting on new RTV. The actual R&R of the input gear shouldn't take you 15 minutes once the case is cracked open.

The hardest part of the swap is getting the shifter forks to line up and getting the little spring and cup on the shifter rail as you close the case back up. Those are more of an annoyance then difficult.
