Has anyone done a cross over steering on a truck with a 6.2 and a banks turbo? I got everyting for my D60 crossover from ORD with bent drag link for 6" lift, steering box and rock ram setup. With every thing on the bench it looks like it wont clear the turbo crossover pipe that runs across in front of the the engine crossmember. Where are the normal clearence problems with the engine crossmember(please dont say front side /forums/images/icons/mad.gif )? The turbo crossover pipe is a 2" pipe that runs about 1.5" in front of the engine crossmember and slightly lower. It does not look easy to re-locate. I dont know why I over looked this, must have looked at my gas suburban. Any ideas or experience please. /forums/images/icons/grin.gif .

    thanks, marc

Some people have to cut off the front lip of the engine cross member to run x-over! You may be alright with the bent draglink and 6" of lift though . How far does thi crossover tube come towards the steering box on the frame?.......CC

    pics please.
the cross over link goes just under the front of the engine crossmember.
sounds like it would go in between the CM and downpipe thing
