    I got that message when I sent an email to an inactive account, forgetting that my friend now uses Earthlink...     I can't quite remeber the exact programs, but I was running two programs of the same type and when I installed the new one it said something to the effect of

    "Program B is running. This may interfere with Program A's functions. Would you like to kill Program B?"

    Yes/No
