I just put money down on a 87 Chevy Suburban 4x4! It has 58,000 original miles. An old couple owned it and put40,000 on it in 12 years, then sold it to a doctor who lifted it 4" and put 35 BFG muds on it. Never took it offroading. He hit a cactus in a median on the way home and damaged the front somewhat, but has all the parts. The interior looks like it came off the showroom floor. No stains, or tears in anything. So now me and my famiy have a GMC Suburban, soon to have the Chevy Suburban, and the Jimmy. The rest of the cars are Pontiacs. 69 Firebird, 70 GTo, and 90 Grand Prix. I guess you could say we are GM fans :)

I only hae a 3 car garage, but the people on the block dont mind them. Everybody likes the hotrods and the trucks so, so far so good. Most of them are always outside anyways because I am always working on one of them, or a buddies car. Next house will have to have a bigger garage than the actual house :)

Sorry Jeff, I dont like Jeeps. They cost too much to fix. I just called on a 4.0 long block from the dealer, and my cost was 1800 plus 600 on the core. I will stick with a 350 long block for 1200.

Tell me about it - It took me 3 months of waiting to get a set of rod bearings for it (1.00mm oversized), and it's the 2.8 GM[IMG]
