Alright Colorado Crew, let's make it official.

We'll be running China Wall Saturday, February 11th. Meeting at the trailhead at 8:30AM.

    Here's a link to a map. If you zoom in between points I & F, that's where we're going.

Another map of the general region:

Link to trail info on 4x4trails.net.

And before some of you start freakin' out about the trail rating of 7 - *ahem* Mr. No-Go! - it is not that hard. A stock truck can do it. There are bypasses for anything too difficult. Jiminy did it last year in his Driveway Queen - even if he doesn't remember.

Here's a link to a trail report from Jan 21.

Probably get together to tell war stories and eat some vittles afterwards. John was talking about a place called Philly Joes Cheesesteaks near Jefferson. Maybe we could discuss possible future trail runs this year.

Oh and Bluebeard's birthday is 3 days after that on Valentine's Day. Ahh how sweet.

So don't forget the birthday spankings!!

I think he'll be like 72 or something.

I'm in. I'll bring a calendar and an atlas and we can try to plan some runs for the year over sandwiches after the run.

"Colorado Crew" the beautiful bride and I ran over to the China Wall this morning, there is about 1-2 inches of snow along with bare ground in the sunny spots. Unless it gets carried away this week we shouldn't have many problems! Especially since Scott doesn't like mud or ice any more.:haha: :haha:Can't you just hear Liam telling all his little friends about how his Daddy rolled the truck in the river!:D It's not every 2 1/2 year old that has been wheelin' with dad when he rolled the K5. Oh my poor grandson.;)

I am looking forward to seeing everyone new and old. 3 on the tree you are going with us, correct! It is 53 miles from Johnson Village to the trailhead using County Road 31 on the east side of Wilkerson Pass. Dave you turn right and go about 1/2 mile to the trailhead. As I said before you are welcome to caravan with us.

See everyone February 11 at FR212 entrance to China Wall at 8:30 a.m. Yes Jiminy thats at 8:30 a.m. you better feed you and your critters in the dark man, don't be afraid nothing will get you but the "chuchcabra". :haha: :haha:
