Anyone know of a performance pump for an 02 Mustang GT? My tattoo artist needs a pump in her car. Ford unit is $188 with the sender and all, my cost. Figured if I can save her some cash and get a performance pump, why not?

I don't believe it is. One person said that it was, but I don't trust that at all. The car is a Returnless Fuel System. Means the regulator is built into the pump. The idea that all pumps are this way confuses me. Unless the pressure is electrically controlled by the pump. Which I am just not sure of. If thats the case, the pressure sensor on the rail is likely my problem. I need to figure that out I guess. The pressure sensor cosntantly sees good pressure, even when I hook up my gauge set and see, there IS NOT good pressure.

the reply was either the focus pump or a walbro 255hp pump...dont know much bout them, but I have heard of both pumps. I think they both are popular pumps to use on that year model stang

vmp is a good place, as is brenspeed.com...I ordered all my stuff from brenspeed. I dunno if he'll have a pump for that stang, but the customer service at brenspeed is top notch
