I saw an ad were a guy is selling cross over steering from an 03 chevy 1500 truck, did thoose came with that type of steering???

Well, seeing as they're IFS, I don't see how it would be useful to a straight axle truck.
It might be crossover, but my brain hurts trying to visualize the tierod, never mind the draglink...

Um, no way to really do crossover on an Independent suspension truck.

Ill ask the guy for some pics, he says he has 14 bolt and 10 bolt 8 lugs.

If he swapped those axles in thenhe could have crossover
IF he swaped a solid axle though, you'd think he'd have some better understanding of the subject.
