07+ GM Wheels on a SFA

hey i know that truck from instagram, haha! i'm onetonsub on there.

nice job on the adapters and stuff, its cool to see someone doing something different.

Factory upgrades

:waytogo:Good looking unit you have there sir!!! I would love to have a DD like that.

Very Nice! I think that's pretty cool. I've wondered how much work was involved in doing this. Probably a bit more than I though. Looks great though!

So you used the same studs on the front? Is the knurled section long enough to properly install into the rotor and hub?

I used the 1/2" studs front and rear. The rotors had the correct knurl diameter and depth. The rear axle flanges were drilled to 14mm.

Hey! I am trying to put H3 16" rims on my 1987 GMC V1500... I got the rims w/ tires for $200, tried some 1" spacers I had laying around and not long enough.. Help??

Also I think H3s run a M12 stud instead of a M14 like silverados... I really want to make these work, I like how they look!

So I may have just overlooked it in the post, but what size spacers did you use for front and back? I'm wanting to put a set of wheels off of an 04ish 2500HD but I want them to sit about where yours are and for the front and rear to be even

3/4 and 1 ton offset should be close to what you already have.
It's the 1/2 tons that have a huge change in mounting offset.

I have 2009 3/4 ton wheels bolted on my 1988 V10 Suburban with a 14bff and Dana 60 right now. No spacers required.

You have any pics? I'd like for them to stick out a little that's why I was wondering what size spacers he was using
