Not sure if it will help you in your search, but I've heard that the 3rd seat in Suburbans of the same vintage are identical....sure seems that way when I looked at mine.

Searching for Blazer AND Suburban seats might improve your odds???

I bought my rear seat from board member Kiliomanjaro. He shipped it to me from Kansas via Greyhound for $35. The only down side is that I had to go to the bus terminal to pick it up, but the shipping price was right. When I bought mine, he had a couple so you might check with him. Also, I believe that PICKUMUP on 67-72chevytrucks.com had one for sale. He is in Olympia Washington...

Make sure you get one with the brackets.....I bought one from a local resto shop without brackets, and couldn't find the brackets. Finally decided to fab some up.

The front hold down's are getting very hard to find. I bought a set fro $40 but I have seen them selling for as high as $90 on e-bay.
