Ok if I'm doing a d60 fron and 14b rear swap into a k5, will I need to cut the old spring perches off and move them so they will line up with my k5s springs? If so, I will just make some but I just gotta make sure I do that before I decide to tear my stock 10 bolts out and attempt to cram some one tons under there

The front is a direct swap.

The rear... maybe. If the axle is from a 1ton then yes, you'll have to move spring perches and shock mounts. If its from a 3/4 ton the it'll bolt up.

And as far as the perches go, If you carefully griind to remove the old perches, you can re-use them. I got tired of being careful then began the " I want these perches off RIGHT NOW" phase. Sledgehammer and grinding everything in sight.
I bought new perches from DIY4X..they are beefy. I think $30

Thanks guys, its from a one ton but I did some measuring last night and its pretty darn close. Ehh, I need to tilt the axle back anyways for a better angle on my driveline......I might order up some of those DIY4x perches

The one ton to 1/2 ton perch width difference is 1". Not much to move but enough that you can't leave them in the same location
