10.5 14B Pinnion thread size?

Does anyone know the thread size for the pinnion nut on a 14BFF axle? My closest guess from measurement is 1" 16TPI. However I can't find a tap or die in this size, and I need to clean up my threads. I've checked Grainger, MSC, and McMaster Carr without luck. I've found 1" 14TPI but that doesn't seem to be the correct size. Is it metric? Any help on the sizing or source of the tap and die will be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I know it takes a 1-5/16" socket

I can check mine and get back to you tomorrow. a 1 in UNC is 8 TPI, a 1 in UNF is 12 TPI, and a 1 in UNS is a 14 TPI. Im guessing it's probably a 14 TPI with out seeing yet. UNS denotes a "special" thread.
