10 bolt pinion/yoke seal?

i have replaced this thing twice in the last five years...is this normal? is there a trick to it? maybe a different seal for same application? thanks.

btw, it is front end.

sounds kinda gay, mine are weeping, i just check the fluid level some times, when i suspect they are low, i dont really worry about it, just goto walmart and get their super tech 80w90 and just top it off once in a while if its low, no real worries mate /forums/images/icons/wink.gif.
