12 Bolt Disc conversions

    Anyone convert their 12 bolts to disc using the stock front backing plates and rotors?

    Did you just drill out the backing plate to bolt to the end of the axle and the slide a front rotor without the center hub on the axle studs(redrill the rotor to fit the stud size) and then install a front caliper or caddy caliper?
    And then make new brake lines?
