i just got me five 12 bolt H1s and i want to use the 37 inch tires on em too. every time im on here i dont see much talk about the 12 bolts.
how the hell does one schmo like me get the dang rubbbers out of there?

then, on the last one, three studs decided to spin and strip out. what can i do about that there problem?

three had red orings and one had a black one, not sure what the last ones got. the reds look like a better oring, i need some more. i saw a number for the black orings somewhere, how can i find a red part number?

stazworks has the delrin inserts, but 50 bucks a piece!? thats more than the wheels are worth!
any more reasonable inserts out there?

is this the CARC paint on there, i suppose paint thinner would have trouble strippin these?

i think that ought to do it, right now i really just need to get these rubbers out of the tires and those studs.

thanks yall!

Check the outer ring(of the rim, ya know, the front) to see if they are all the same type of 12 bolts. There are 3400lb rated ones that use one o-ring and 3850(or something like that) that use a different o-ring(I believe these use the smaller thickness red o-ring).

Asfor the runflats, use a ratchet strap to fold them into a taco, then use two large pry bars and a lot of lube to get em out. After you do one the next ones will be eeasier.

mmmm cant wait lol

ill check on the orings, are they directly interchangeable?

The one you have pictured is one of the 3850 rims. the 13th hole is only found on these ones.

For the stud, take a pair of vice grips and clamp the stud on the back side then try to remove the nut. If not, a couple tack welds on the back onf the stud may hold it well enough for you to get the nut off.

okey dokey , all of mine have the extra hole on there. is it for that deal that bolts onto the hub? and my vice grips arent long enough!! i tried that. thanks for your help!

$50 a pop is about standard for beadlock inserts. Its what I payed at usa 6x6, before they went out of business. There is also dean reed on pirate4x4, think his screen name is cjdean, who sells inserts. I have heard great stuff about his customer service. As for the stripped stud I would tack the back like desertrat67 said. Good luck, the 12 bolts are pretty sweet once you get them figured out
