14 b ff rear shock mounts? getting this thing properly centered

    Ok I got the rear blazer 14b ff conversion pretty close but can anyone give me the measurements from the backing plate on each side to the outside of the blazer spring... I want to double check everything before I weld the spring perches.
    Also the rear stock shock mounts wont work and I read that most people make a tube between the frame and then custom mount shocks in an x configuration. Does anyone have some good pics of this.. perhaps an article (other than the swap article) that better describes this...
    I WANT TO DO IT RIGHT THE FIRST time....
