old trick also red loctight on the seal area before speedi sleave .

and I have just tapped it on slow with the back lip and been fine .

also the big cup the sleave come in the box in works great as a axle nut socket storage cup in your tool box to keep grease / oil in the cup .

good advice! Im going to go ahead and do the speedi sleeve. amazon 44$.

I considered those as well. Everyone seemed to root for the sleeves so I went with them. That surface was pretty bad though.

Make sure you have removed that flange on the sleeve.
