What are the dimension of the bolt holes on a spring plates for a 14 bolt ff?
Well... the springs are 2.5" wide, and the axle tube is 3-3/8" in diameter. That means the plates have to measure those two distances between the inside edges of the four bolt holes.
I had some Ford plates I was going to use... They were for a 3.5" tube (I called that close enough /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif ) but they were for 3" wide springs. (not close enough IMO). Luckily I could reuse the 14SF plates with the 14FF. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif
