Found a guy selling 42" tsl's on craigslist for a decent price, they are on 15" wheels and I understand I would have to grind my front calipers a good amount to fit them but how about the rear calipers, will they fit at all? lots of grinding involved if any? etc.

u may have to grind a small amount at werrs case but more then like likely u wont have to grind any on the rear disk brakes.

if ur really not wanting to grind any thing like me, just get u a set of revers mounted 15'' rims then u wont have to grind at all. that what i did gives me about 0.5 to 0.75 inches of clearence between the calipor and the rim.

When I had my 15's on the Burb, the rims were 3.75" backspacing, didn't bother the rear calipers, did minor grinding on the front though, not alot though..

This may sound like a broken record player, but do a search and then spend the next 3 nights reading up on this.

I have 2.75" BS wheels. Did have to lightly touch up the front calipers with a grinder (2 minutes per side) and there is plenty of clearance in the back. In regards to the rear 14FF with the typical 3/4 disk setup, keep in mind the calipers are smaller than the front and they sit further inboard which allows more clearance.
