Anybody running 15x10s with 4.125 bs? I have my 38x15.50 claws I would put on them and was wondering if that might be a problem. I know stock BS is 4" so .125in shouldn't matter but I just wanted to make sure

I run 15x10 4.25BS on my one tons. Alot of grinding on the d60, a touch on the disc'd 14bff.

i run a 4.250 back spacing on mine with a 60.had to grind all 4 calipers and grind alot on the 60's

i actually cut my caliper bracket if you see it in that pic

I remember seeing all the grinding you'd done, couldn't remember the BS you had though. I'm running a d44 right now so I guess I'd have a similar amount of grinding to do. All that grinding does make me a little nervous. Anybody ever had a failure or anything? Also, you guys have any clearance issues with steering arms or tierods?

I ran 4.25" BS 15x10's on my 8-lug 10-bolt / 14FF combo. Not nearly as much grinding is required on a 10-bolt or D44 as compared to a D60. I ran that setup for years on the road (pre-trailer) and trails and never had an issue. When I went D60 front and converted the rear to disc I actually used the same ground down 10-bolt calipers for the rear. Bet I have 5+ years now on them.

well, that makes me feel more comfortable. I'm just tired of my 15x12 that have 2.75 BS and I'm sure they're gonna wind up eating wheel bearings and ball joints as well

i get to grind my calipers down when i put my 60 in, i have 15x10 with 4.125back spacing...looks fun:crazy:

Check my thread in the tech articles for an example of how much grinding is necessary.
