Man, I just love that top. I've been looking for a cheap one locally to do that to. My boys would love it.

I need to get the sides done & on so I don't have to keep moving the tarp on & off!
Just drive it and pretend you are the guys from Roadkill driving your junk around. Put on some ear muffs for the tire noise and hope you have some tread left when you get there.It's about 3hrs and 20min away, if I had a trailer I would!
I that top real floppy all cut up like that or is it still pretty strong? I want to pull my top off at some point but don't want to have to cruise around with the kids out in full sun and can't really do any kind of bikini top til I get a cage done.

If I had the budget they have to do it I would...gonna need a chase truck with gas and them able to tell me how fast I'm going. No gas gauge and speedo.....
Still very strong and not really weighing much. I was able to move it around be myself and get it on.....I still need to do the sides so the tarp can go away
I like the idea of being able to move it myself.
Sweet! Sounds like I also need to find another top to cut up.
Just take the windows out. It is surprisingly light without those in there.
I am leaving the one on the truck alone, as I need something to seal it during the rainy season and winter. Which is why I want an alternate one to hack up.

Well the plastic epoxy never set, it just gelled up. Don't know if I didn't mix it up enough or it was to old. So I cleaned it all back out & gonna try JB Weld tomorrow after it gets completely dried out....hopefully that will fix the issue!

Got the feed line in the mail yesterday just need to install it now.
Also picked up some JB Weld for the carb spacer, hopefully it'll do the trick...

Got the fuel inlet installed and fit nicely....
Also filled in the spacer again w/ JB Weld this time......hopefully it works. It's the quick dry stuff but it has a higher psi rating than the other stuff....
Starter on the Safari sides finally, got it all layer out & kinda figured out......lol!
