1977 K5 "Sparty On"

Bought this little tool last night, worked pretty good....

Got it ground down flat again so today after work I'll try & drill it again....

Had the head mechanic helping me as well....pulling all the mud out of the radiator/tranny cooler/PS cooler! lol

You might consider just welding on a piece of round stock the appropriate length.

Ya kinda thought that as well, I gotta figure out what's going on. It shouldn't turn more to the left than right.
I like the distance it go's to the right there about 6.5" from the tire to the frame but the left turn is far less maybe 4.5-5", something is screwy there some where....

Tell us more about the Mad Dogs! 2" primary? How are you gonna make the fender wells?

Yep there 2” primary’s & I have run aluminum channel from the firewall to the core support along the top. That stainless I got it gonna run from the side of the channel to 1/2 down the frame or so then I’ll bolt it to the frame somehow. Then run the stainless from the top of the channel to the fender to block it that way. If that make any sense to ya...lol

I wish I had bought some Mad Dogs, hindsight...
