1977 Silverado Crew Cab.

Yeah mine is a 77 but before I got it sombody scrubed all the yellow off the trim!? Actually I like it all Chrome but I like the yellow stipe better!

That thing just looks badass, good color combo, big block, hub caps. I wouldn't change a thing, cept maybe a d60 :waytogo:

Well call me crazy, but the colors are kinda starting to grow on me. I think this is how it would look all painted up. Looks kinda cool I think.

Yes that's a nice looking truck. I really like the color of your truck just needs to fresh'n up/new paint job.

That is a great look I think you'll be surprised how much the paint you got will buff up and look good

Seems to be a pretty consistent unit of measurement.

"That large basket of apples over there weighs about .75 Adams"

my Dana 60 is about 3.125 Adams
my 14BFF is about 2.75 Adams
my all Iron BBC is about 4.625 Adams
my 6BT is about 6.875 Adams

yeah seems a logical unit of measure to me!

This truck is seriously 95% rust free. The only real area of rust is on a door that was replaced a couple decades ago. :dunno:

A buddy is parting out a burb he got for free a while back. He is going to sell me the driver rear door for $20. There some other parts I want off of it too so we'll see how it goes. Hoping to go over there today to get the stuff!

I'll disagree with that until the day I die, but I bet it's quite a bit quieter than the open element air cleaner.

For while the big block is in there, I want an original 77 air cleaner on there and a friend is going to trade me some stock valve covers for the aluminum ones that are on there now. Going to go for a mostly original look.

Why bother tinkering with the aesthetics of the BB if you're planning an engine swap? :dunno:

Keep the big block!!!

I like that air cleaner as well. Your radiator support should have punchouts for the top hat.
