1985 K20 rear defogger

I have had my Suburban for a week now and I am getting into to see what all needs done, other than replacing the Th700r4 which is slipping. It has the rear defogger switch, which needs replaced, but there aren't any defrost grids on the rear glass or side glass. Which windows should have the defroster grid? I have searched and googled but I have yet to find a good picture of one. Any help is appreciated!

My 89 Suburban has rear defrost, also doesn't work but it does have the grid on the back window only. I don't think there would ever be any on the side windows. Anyway here is what my back window looks like.

Right on, thanks for the picture. Mine has a regular back window so it has been replaced at some time.
