I've been working on this for awhile and it's far enough along I'll show my progress.

This all for now.

If you ever attempt to do something like I used unlimited products and it has not been a good experience. I've spent a lot of time getting the body lines right and the only thing bolt on was the hood which I used as a guide to get the rest of it right.

I like it alot. Never seen it done on a square. But arent you missing a lugstud? :haha:

(I too, own two wheel drives.)

I'm not to happy with the way the back top has lined up so I'm cheating. It's nothing a little fiberglass and foam won't fix.

Sub'd. This is gonna be sweet when you're done:waytogo:

What are your plans for hold-downs?

Nice dude! This is gonna be sweet.

Yeah it will be cool. Ive had the engine in there before in stock form. Its all rebuilt. I'm upgrading the h1c turbo to 12 cm housing with a 56mm compressor and putting in m&h fuel pin. I may change the injectors but for now I'm leaving them alone. I'm going to towing 6000 lbs with it so I need the humph.

Hit it with a high build primer. Showing lots of flaws. Lot more sanding, filler, and repriming I see in my future.

Still working on smoothing it all out.

Somewhere back there I saw what looked like, err, what I call "squeeze cheese", expanding spray foam insulation, maybe? I take you use that for a foam core, then layer 'glas over that? Seems like the foam would make for a crappy surface to try and sand or even put filler directly onto.
