any half good tranny shop would be able to get the spacer kit. of have a few in stock.

Please do. I picked this one up from ebay a couple years ago intending to put a 205 behind the TH700R4 in my wife's burb. Plans have since changed; when the time comes, it will get a 4L80E and 205.

Good call 4x4high, thats the place. The part number is 7q-35a. It is actually meant to sawp a 700r4 for a th350 in a 4x4 truck. The spacer takes up the diffrence in length so that the original d- shafts will bolt up.
