2005 trailblazer master cylinder lines.

my son has a tb and looking at the lines...2 come off master cylinder as hard lines... then go down by motor as braided lines to what looks like a block. anyone know how to remove it? cant find pics on google. there is a u pull it that has 1 but gotta figure outhow to remove it...
 
I believe it's a ABS module of some sort if I remember correctly, are the lines crimped or pressed on to the block somehow? Do you have a picture?
 
If I'm remembering correctly that's a disconnect. The trailblazers where built to be able to pull the whole body off of the frame to do major work on the engine. A tech I worked with could have it separated in about 15 minutes, with a lift of course.

But all major systems had disconnects to make the process faster and easier. I think it'll even hold pressure without air being introduced.


Now it's been 15 years since I saw it done. So details could be a little off :D.
