2006 duramax dually front bumper

Is crooked. How hard is it to adjust these things? The driver's side has been about 1" or more lower than the other side since we've owned it at 20,000 miles. This truck has never been abused, its just starting to get on my nerves now when everyone tells me "your bumper is crooked".

If you look under the bumper on whatever side is lower, their is a 15mm bolt holding a L shaped support to the bumper. The other side of the L shaped support has two 15mm bolt holding it to the framerail. Loosen those three bolt. Have a helper, adjust the bumper to where the bumper looks level and tighten all three bolts.

is that the only support bracket i have to worry about? seems kinda flimsy compared to my K5.. I'll try it out, thanks for the input
