Looks like GM heard all the negative chatter online. Here is the first look at the High Country trim for the HD. Much better but it will cost you.

Na, they had that planned. They have a ton of 2019 1/2ton grill options. I expect the same from the HD line.

Hey, I like those trucks! And I still strongly dislike the 2020. So they definitely missed the mark.

It'd be an 81 or 82, the only two years the signal lights were in the bumper...and I agree. Some of the 80's grilles were pretty uninspired to say the least. So much GM stuff just "mailed in"from a styling standpoint over the decades. All manufacturers have had some pretty ugly designs, I just seem to be more dismayed when it's GM.

I don’t think it’s that bad. At least it looks like they moved the front bumper higher so it has better ground clearance. My 2010 when I first bought it had the same clearance as my wife’s traverse. A front lift and 33s fixed that quickly. I think they did good with the high country trim. At least a few pics I saw.

Actually the 2019 Chevy/international trucks are a hell of lot less fugly then the HD
they sure as hell should have just used that front end nose on the hd trucks overthis new crap .
