Since I MAY have a bent rear output on the '91 fixed yoke 205 I have, worst case scenario, I may have to replace it.
I've got a known good 1970's 205, wondering if the rear output bearings are different or stayed the same the whole run. I assume the shaft itself changed for the VSS reluctor ring on the '90-91's, but even if it didn't I suspect the ring is a pain to remove and press on another shaft.
I can check later to see if fixed and slip rear outputs use the same bearings, shaft, etc., but if anyone knows that off the top of their head too, it'd be appreciated.
