208 to divorced 200 t-case

I was looking for some info and pics of someones set up that has a 208 and divorced 200. I am also wanting to know with the 200 can you have it in low and still be able to unlock just the front or just the rear? Also what does it take to make shifters? Can the be homemade or do they need to be purchased?
