241C transfer case question on swapology

Is the transfer case and flange/yokes same between an 89 IFS and say a 89 square body solid axle? I cant get a spare 241C for 40 bucks but its from an IFS and I have a 91 burb.
 
If I understand your question correctly :D, then yes, the front output flange is the same bolt pattern and should be the same spline count, the rear is a slip yoke and the spline count should be the same as well. It would also bolt directly in place of you existing case but obviously have the front output on the wrong side .
