OK So I've finally stuck the 35's on my '98, currently 3.55s and 35's suck even with cummins and nv4500.

So question lays is who has 4.10s with similar setup? 2nd gen cummins 4500 35's? I'll likely go to 37's when the 35's are fried.

How is the towing?

Thanks.

I have heard that the 4.10 trucks really like 35's, so I would assume that a swap to 4.10's would work well for you, especially with plans of 37's.

:thumb: Thanks. I'd tinkered with those RPM calculators and the #'s looked good, I wanted a second oppinion.

I have 37 and 4.10s (factory gears) It isn't too bad but i did notice the difference after putting on the tires. flys on the freeway now! my truck is pretty heavy (dually/crewcab) so you may be even better off (if your lighter) . I have had thoughts of lower gears and and ARB up front if they even make one but I need to pay for this truck loan first.
