Are you wondering about body roll or about lateral motion of the rear axle relative to the frame? Body roll is inevitable with any lift, lateral motion is a function of a lot of other stuff like bushing type and condition, etc. It won't be any different than a tension shackle setup with a lift. In fact it you might have less lateral motion with the shorter arch spring since it will act more rigid under a side load.
