heads are still attached, previous owner though it had a rod starting to make noise, turned out to be a lifter. Block casting number is 3970010 and heads are 3973487X's. $200, stand also available if needed

Is this a complete motor or just the block/heads?? If complete, was it a runner??
its mostly complete, from heads to oil pickup, no valve covers, oil pan, and timing cover. Ran when pulled, just made a noise he thought was a rod, I still have the lifter that I pulled out that came apart. If you would like a pic for a general idea, just let me know.
OK, will trade for K5 parts/accessories too
