40" Pro Comp Extreme MT2 $399

I am running 38s right now and happy with the size but these are cheaper. I have 4.56 that is my only concern. Just gotta sell my three good km2's

I feel that 40s are premium for wheeling. That said most guys with an auto run atleast 4.88. I ran 4.10s 700r4 and np208 and it wasnt amazing but not horrible either.

Have you thought about 37s?

How much cutting? I have about 6 inches of lift

I ran roughly a 4 inch lift and its quite a bit of cutting. I did an awful job of it but for correct reference measure 4 inches from the bottom of the fenders door gap...you know where the pinch welded flat section is toward the front of the truck. Thats where you need tp have your cut end up. That may not make sense but let me know lol.

The rear needs a bit of clearance work as well but minor trim stuff at the end of the fenders.

Awful trim job but none of its super overboard, I just made a shitty stab at it. You could limit your uptravel but who wants to do that. Trimming aside I feel like 40s are the way to go with these big wide trucks. It's great to cruise in big rock sections and not get beached.

Don't put too much stock in what ultra 4 guys run. They run what's free.

That said I will echo the fact these seem like really good tires. The 2 guys that I know that have them really like them.

I'm glad there are some skinny 40' tires around now. Something you can run on a rig that is Street driven alot

I'm sure they run what's pitched at them but at the same time all of those guys spend big bucks to get out there and wouldn't jeopardize finishing with shitty tires. I say it's impressive that roughly 2 years after they've been through the koh ringer.
